Description
A timber single-family house with an integrated apartment. Built on a former access path lined with mature trees, the design preserves the landscape while ensuring vehicle access to the rear of the property. The structure combines a semi-buried base with a two-storey solid timber volume on stilts. It comprises a two-bedroom unit and a one-bedroom apartment with a terrace. The building is easily accessible for people with limited mobility. Designed with sustainability in mind, the house features a heat pump, photovoltaic panels, double-flow ventilation, rainwater reuse and an A/B energy rating.
