Description

Les Charmes features two brick buildings arranged around a shared garden, creating a calm, protected environment. Their sculptural form and warm façades give a timeless identity, contrasted by a recessed attic with dark lattice. Apartments are reached via an open concrete core with integrated lighting, marking a transition from shared to private space. Each floor has two units—garden- and street-facing—organized by a central element that separates functions while preserving openness. Clay-plastered walls and seamless floors create bright, comfortable spaces with a warm atmosphere.
