Description
In the heart of the city, this brasserie reconnects with its memory.
Originally opened in the early 20th century as Café de Paris, it gradually lost its identity over time. The project restores the spirit of an elegant, timeless brasserie while giving it a contemporary interpretation. Art Deco influences blend with references from the 1950s to 1970s, creating a coherent and warm atmosphere rather than a fixed style.
Curved woodwork, mirrors, custom furniture, and subtle details evoke travel, transatlantic liners, and the classic “café au zinc.” Materials, light, acoustics, and craftsmanship shape an intimate, vibrant space where heritage and modernity meet naturally.
