Nouvelle Mairie de Frisange

Description

Set within a newly created park, the new Frisange Town Hall is discreet yet present, en-gaging both street and landscape. A simple gabled roof and light brick façade echo local traditions and the church’s tones.
The volume adapts to the site—setbacks, a lowered ridge, then a clear rise—to affirm the Commune and align with the church tower.
On the park side the roof drops to blend into the slope, guiding views toward the church.
The sloping park becomes a route, meeting and resting place on the way to school, while an underground car park frees the site from visual clutter, offering staff a workplace open to greenery.
