Description

The building is conceived as a compact, almost monolithic volume, establishing a strong urban presence at the intersection of two boulevards. Its dark brick envelope gives the architecture a dense, tactile character, while subtle deviations in the façade respond to shifting perspectives and changing light. These slight inflections soften the mass and create a haptic relationship between the building, the pedestrian, and its surroundings. Within the constraints of an office programme, the project seeks precision through proportion, materiality, and light. Ground-level transparency reinforces the dialogue with the public realm, while the restrained palette ensures a coherent and enduring identity.
