Description

Taking advantage of the plot’s orientation, the building presents two faces. To the north, a more closed but finely detailed façade is animated by external walkways that serve as access and shared spaces. To the south, large openings face the garden, bringing light and greenery deep into the apartments, with all living rooms oriented toward this side. A mix of apartment types is offered, from compact units to larger and triple-oriented layouts, some with terraces or gardens. Brick and wood define the façade, combining durability and warmth. Green communal spaces surround the building, enhancing comfort and seasonal quality.
