Mixed complex “INFINITY” Kirchberg

Located in Luxembourg’s Kirchberg district, the Îlot mixte “Infinity” is a mixed-use development combining housing, offices, and retail. Completed in 2021, it features two towers: a 21-floor residential building with 165 apartments and an office tower with 6,800 m², linked by a two-level commercial gallery. Designed by a consortium including Arquitectonica and M3 Architectes, it ensures cohesion through contrasting façades and clear spatial organization. A central passage enhances circulation, while terraces and green spaces improve comfort, daylight, and urban integration.
