Description

The complex, meeting the most modern standards, consists of offices spread over three levels with a large showroom, a storage and production hall and a parking lot. With comfort and well-being at work being the priority in the design of this project, the lobby and offices are connected on two levels by direct access, shared spaces, and relaxation areas. The site is bordered by an access road on the south and west sides, by the pond (the PAP retention basin) on the east side, and by a pedestrian path to the north. It was decided to place the hall on the south side to facilitate the traffic of delivery trucks, with the public street leading directly to the hall entrance.
