Description

The project results from the transformation and expansion of an existing single-family home. The only part of the existing house that was retained was the basement; the remaining portion was newly constructed to meet the owner's requirements and comply with current energy standards. Project integrated into the existing residential context of the village of Strassen, in accordance with the urban planning regulations for plot development imposed by the applicable municipal regulations. The house has an east-west orientation, with the west side facing the street and the east side facing the rear. Living spaces arranged to respect this orientation, to ensure ample natural light in each room.
