Description
Extension of the shopping center "City Concorde"
To meet the demands of the market and its growing surroundings, the shopping center "City Concorde" has been extended.
As zone of expansion, a former parking area in the south-western part of the mall has been used. A connection of the two existing main entrances aims to improve the internal circulation and form a new, attractive entrance of the shopping center.
The gross floor area of the extension represents approx. 12.200 m2. The ground floor and first floor house commercial spaces, restaurants and bistros. On the second floor, a fitness center is located, as well as a restaurant with access to a roof terrace.
The basement contains sanitary facilities for costumers, storage and utility rooms.
