The slabs and the five exposed concrete structural cores emphasize both the clarity of the structural system and the intention behind the concept of mass regulating the indoor climate. The choice of wood as the predominant material, both for the façades and the interior finishes, reflects the desire to create a healthy and sustainable environment. The building’s outer envelope is formed by a continuous wooden lattice.
