SNCA – Construction d’un bâtiment administratif

Description

SNCA, in collaboration with Moreno Architecture, constructed a new building delivered in 2023 in Fridhaff (Diekirch), centralizing its activities for the northeast of the country. With a floor area of 787 m² over three levels, it is set on a 50.66-are site. The project aims to provide a functional, modern, and sustainable environment. The construction prioritizes timber (CLT and glulam), combined with metal beams and reinforced concrete cores. Bright and energy-efficient, the building promotes staff well-being and a welcoming experience for users.
