Description

The project is located next to the existing track in the Gadderscheier industrial zone and consists of two buildings: a training center and a rigging hall, replacing the former modular structures. The training center is a single-storey building with an additional level under the roof for technical rooms. It is divided into three sections: training, administration, and a restaurant. Its U-shaped layout is organized around a central courtyard designed to host various activities. The building is constructed in solid timber in accordance with low-energy standards and integrates state-of-the-art technical systems. The façades are made of timber panels, and the pitched roofs are landscaped.
