Located in Beggen, Beggen Volume+ extends an end-of-row house bordering a mature park. The renovation reconfigures the ground floor to enhance indoor-outdoor connectivity. Navigating the sloping site, a split-level layout yields a lofty new volume where expansive glazing maximizes daylight and frames verdant views. The attic is further optimized with a new rear dormer.A cohesive visual language employs navy blue across exterior fenestration and bespoke interior millwork. Heritage elements like original stairs and mosaic tiles are preserved alongside new natural timber floors. A sculptural entrance stair anchors the unified intervention, respecting the local urban morphology.
