How to participate
ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM (NEW!)
Are you the author or the owner of a valuable work? Do you want to promote its architectural quality?
Let’s submit your project online!
Projects must be submitted online between the 10th September and the 16th October 2019.
As many projects as you like!
The number of projects you can submit is UNLIMITED.
However, each submitted project is subject to an 80 € fee
NO more stress!
We have already prepared the “LAA Template” for your panels which can be downloaded below (different formats available).
The 2 panels must meet the following requirements:
- Page Format: A2
- File: PDF
- Quality: 300 dpi
NO more printed panels to deliver!
Simply upload the PDFs using the online submission form and LUCA will have them printed by a professional service provider for the jury.
How many? 2 panels per project, neither more nor less.
Feeling like a winner?
Alongside your project, remember to upload all the images (photos, technical drawings, sketches, etc) used for the 2 panels, as required in the online submission form.
Doing so helps us to promote you and your project on the LAA website and on the LAA2019 Catalogue.
Images must be in JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF formats.

Submit your project(s) in six steps
- Click SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT
- Create your user account or login
- Complete the online submission form (one form per project)
- Upload the 2 panels and associated images (per project)
- Submit the project(s) between 10th September and 16th October 2019
- Pay the fee (80 € per project) no later than 18th October 2019
Why create an account
When you start your submission, you will be prompted to create a user account. This makes it possible to start filling out the online submission form, save, and continue your work prior to submission.
When your entry has been submitted, you can log in to your user account but will NO LONGER be able to make changes.
GOOD TO KNOW
Projects must be submitted no later than the 16th October 2019 but the deadline for paying the 80 € per project is the 18th October 2019.
You will receive an e-mail from us confirming your submission and payment.
Without fee payment, the submission will NOT be accepted.
Payment must be by means of a bank transfer. There is no method of payment through your LAA account.
