Description

The site of the new residence was previously occupied by two houses in a state of disrepair. The plot is situated in the town centre, running parallel to the old fortress wall, in a charming little alleyway. The small stream known as the “Gehaansbaach” flows along the rear of the plot.The local council has asked us to build a block of flats comprising three social housing units. At the rear, there is also an outbuilding housing the service rooms and private storage areas.
