Located in the heart of Belval, a former industrial site shaped by its steelmaking heritage, the project contributes to its transformation into a vibrant mixed-use district. It includes 104 residential units, offices, home offices with independent workshops, a co-working space, an active ground floor, and a multi-purpose rooftop greenhouse. This programmatic mix ensures continuous use throughout the day.
The project is organized around a U-shaped volume defining a landscaped inner courtyard, conceived as a shared space directly connected to the building’s activities. It reinforces continuity and creates a permeable interface between public and private realms, enhancing collective use.
