CBA Architects
Description
The Ribeschpont Maison Relais in Dudelange is a wooden building next to the primary school, shared between after-school care and school activities, promoting cooperation between staff, teachers and parents.
It is a passive-energy, eco-friendly building using wood, solar panels and rainwater collection. Large windows provide natural light and help cool the building, while roof skylights allow natural night ventilation.
The 1,200 m² site hosts up to 171 children. It includes a youth space, workshop and creative room, which can also be used as classrooms.
An 870 m² natural playground is located next to the building.
