Maison d’habitation

Description

The single-family house is designed with all essential functions on the ground floor, while the upper floor remains optional, following a bungalow concept centered on the living area. Large glazed openings extend toward a natural swimming pond and adjoining woodland, creating a strong connection to nature. Materials—wood and a mineral render (“Schengener Putz” with sand)—reinforce this approach. The project meets NZEB standards with a high-performance envelope, airtightness, heat recovery ventilation, a heat pump, and photovoltaic panels, achieving energy class A.
