SECO – Construction d’un bâtiment administratif circulaire

Description

Located in the heart of the Bourmicht business district, the building spans four above-ground levels (3,620 m²) and two basement levels (3,800 m²) for retail, offices, and parking. It offers flexible, open floor plates. Designed with workplace well-being in mind, its large glazed façades bring in natural light, while a triplex office layout around a wood-clad stepped area fosters interaction. Terraces optimize the pyramid-shaped volume set by regulations. A CO₂ assessment was conducted, and emissions are offset through reforestation. Named ZeCO2, it reflects zero-carbon operation.
