Pharmacie PERLIA – Rénovation et extension

Description

The project involves the renovation and extension of the listed building “Perlia”, located on Place François Joseph Dargent in Luxembourg. Originally standing isolated, the building created a gap within the existing urban frontage. The project aims to restore this continuity by preserving and renovating the historic structure as it stands, while adjoining a contemporary extension. This new volume fits between the neighboring gables through a modern reinterpretation of their architectural elements and accommodates residential units above a retained ground-floor commercial space.
