Rénovation et transformation d’un immeuble résidentiel

Description

Renovation and conversion of a former 4-flat residential building into 15 units, combined with a new 6-flat extension. The project includes a lift, second staircase, attic conversion, underground parking, and bicycle storage. The extension connects via a glazed link to distinguish old and new, using a contemporary yet context-sensitive design. The roof is treated as a fifth façade to balance proportions and relate to the existing structure. Special care was given to angled façades and complex junctions. While only façades were protected, key interior features such as the marble staircase, doors, and parquet were preserved.
