Designed as a low-tech building with an industrial character, it maintains a stable indoor temperature between 22 and 26°C year-round without conventional heating or cooling. The concept relies on climate-responsive design, an intelligent software system, natural ventilation, and the building’s thermal mass. Its architecture reflects the values of a modern construction company, combining modularity, disassembly and natural materials such as clay and straw. Finishes are precise and purposeful, expressing a tailored yet minimalist aesthetic aligned with circular and sustainable building principles.
