Conversion of a winegrower’s house into residential units

Description

As planner of the PAP and architect, the project was conceived as a cohesive ensemble that reinterprets the site’s original function. The “Dentzescheck” project in Wintrange involves the transformation and densification of an existing building complex in the heart of the village. It includes the rehabilitation of a winegrower’s house, the conversion of a barn into residential units, and the construction of terraced houses. The façades and main structures are preserved, while contemporary interventions are integrated in a measured way. The ensemble is unified by a common architectural language and harmonious integration into the village context.
