Maison Entenich

Description

Completed in June 2024, this 630 m² mixed-use building is a model of sustainable innovation and social commitment. Rated A-B-A for energy efficiency, it features a solid wood structure insulated with cellulose and clad in larch. The ground floor hosts an organic café-grocery by SOS Faim, while the upper levels offer eight furnished student rooms with communal living spaces. Equipped with a heat pump, solar panels, and a natural slate roof, the project prioritizes eco - durability. A public passage with a mural links the site to future parking, seamlessly blending accessibility with high-quality living. It's a perfect fusion of green tech and community-focused design.
