Description

The building features a glazed ground floor with offices, shops or restaurants, topped by an accessible roof garden. Above, two volumes face each other: offices along the street ensure visibility, while southwest-oriented housing overlooks a wooded park, set back from the street. Stepped upper floors create terraces and green roofs. The main façade uses dark metal elements linking functions, while inner façades have warm plaster. Designed for energy efficiency, the building uses bio-based materials and a prefabricated timber structure (floors 1–4), optimized to reduce material use. In line with circular economy principles, the building is designed for disassembly.
