Description

The “Bijou” project, located in the PAP Grossfeld in Luxembourg City, is a flexible and sustainable office building organized around a central core that allows for a high degree of spatial adaptability. Its architecture is distinguished by a façade with a vegetal pattern, in dialogue with the surrounding landscape design.
Certified BREEAM “Very Good” (61.8%), the building meets high standards in terms of energy performance, resource management, and user comfort. It illustrates an integrated approach in which environmental performance, architectural quality, and user well-being are closely interconnected.
