Rout Lupp

Description

Rout Lupp explores how a future district can be made perceptible before it exists. Inspired by the name Rout Lëns (Luxembourgish for “red lens”) the project unfolds as ten mural fragments dispersed across Esch-sur-Alzette. Each image combines a dense red layer evoking the industrial past with a finer green layer depicting the future neighborhood. This latent image is revealed through a shift in perception, supported by a digital red lens accessible via QR code. By inviting an active reading of the territory, the project transforms urban communication into a spatial and perceptual experience.
