Its carefully designed compact volume establishes a dialogue with the existing urban fabric, while the façade reinterprets the rhythms and chromatic variations of the neighborhood. Interior spaces are flexible and filled with natural light, encouraging interaction, with a central multipurpose hall supporting collective uses and reinforcing social cohesion and a shared sense of belonging within the neighborhood.
