Description

Kapenaker’s House sits in a quiet village shaped by its agricultural past. The project transforms an old farmhouse into a contemporary ensemble: a main house, a barn converted into a flexible workshop, and an autonomous timber guest house. The intervention respects the original layout and continues the existing building line. The main house keeps the farmhouse duality, opening its living spaces south through a glazed façade to the landscape, with solid insulated masonry and exposed concrete ceilings.
