Located in Kockelscheuer, the new Losch headquarters comprises almost 10,000 m² of office space accommodating 300 employees, arranged over three levels and complemented by two underground parking floors. Designed with a strong environmental commitment, the project integrates geothermal energy, photovoltaic panels, and rainwater harvesting systems. Its architectural expression is defined by the predominant use of exposed architectural concrete, conveying a sober and enduring identity, combined with high-precision execution and strong technical expertise.
