seKoia – BGL BNP Paribas

Description

seKoia in Kirchberg will extend the BGL BNP Paribas campus with 18,500 m² over eight floors and 1,100 workstations. Designed as a flexible, sustainable HQ (seKoia), it targets low energy use in construction and operation and integrates with oKsigen and eKinox buildings. The project preserves the “rue interne,” a key public corridor, maintaining urban continuity. Its façade features folded 3D metal cladding that changes with light, creating a dynamic grey texture. The design includes triple glazing, vegetated skyloggias, a rooftop terrace, and a transparent upper floor, combining efficiency, greenery, and architectural coherence.
