Description

This residence, built by the Fonds du Logement, is located in Esch-sur-Alzette – Nonnewisen, within the new “Wunnen am Park” district, which will include over 800 homes. The mixed-use building offers 24 apartments (1 to 3 bedrooms, 50–105 m²) across four floors, plus two ground-floor professional units. Each level includes a laundry and stroller room; a bike room is near the entrance. A semi-underground basement provides parking, cellars, and technical areas. The project emphasizes sustainability, with a timber structure, high-performance insulation, optimized ventilation, green roofs, and district heating, achieving triple AAA energy efficiency.
