Description

This project in Mondorf-les-Bains includes an 800 m² industrial hall and an approximately 2,300 m² above-ground administrative building. Designed on a 135 cm grid, the largely glazed administrative building reflects the horizontality of the surrounding landscape and rises over three offset levels, adding dynamism. Focused on workplace well-being, both buildings are organized around a central core grouping shared and leisure spaces. Generous glazing ensures optimal daylight and strong visual links with the landscape. HQE certification guided the design, with exposed concrete, terrazzo, black steel, and black oak complemented by vegetal elements.
