Description

The project in Greiveldange was initiated through a public architectural tender by the Fonds du Logement. Following a competitive dialogue procedure, Jo Lorang (ODC Architecture) was selected for the design and execution. The development is based on a PAP (Plan d’Aménagement Particulier), providing five two-family houses, one detached two-family house, as well as a public parking area and carports. The concept shifts vertical circulation to the front facade, reducing the thermal envelope. Open-air staircases become a defining feature, creating rhythm and interaction with integrated terraces.
