Description

In a residential area on a previously undeveloped site, a large-scale shopping center has been built. It includes a supermarket, a restaurant, and a shopping arcade with around ten retail units. The project is complemented by a mixed-use program featuring a fitness center, a daycare, and 67 housing units. Each function has separate entrances and can operate independently from the shopping center.
The cubic volume of the shopping center forms the base onto which this mixed-use program is integrated, acting as a plinth for the entire development.
